Austin D. Tarrence, 20, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Tarrence was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Blake Meredith, 34, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Meredith was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $258 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Clinton A. Hull, 51.


A bench warrant was issued for Eric T. Hack, 38.


Merle T. Vincent, 59, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Vincent was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Floyd E. Rigdon, 46, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Rigdon was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Thomas D. Decker, 36.


A bench warrant was issued for Jimmy Ray Johnson, Jr., 25.


David L. Sturgeon, Jr., 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle; and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge and 10 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge. Sturgeon was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Bradford Downs, 40.


A bench warrant was issued for Billy W. Elkins, 40.


April Boutte, 27, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting with a value between $500 and $10,000, which was amended to a value of under $500. Boutte was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amanda J. Galloway, 30, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Galloway was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Seth Aaron Hack, 30, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Hack was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Michael Howard, 34, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance in the third degree; and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Howard was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on two of the charges, and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $233 in court costs.


Jeremy C. Huffman, 37, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Huffman was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on one charge, 30 days probation after two days served on another charge, and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Johnny L. Sanders, III, 19.


James W. O’Neal, 36, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury. O’Neal was sentenced to 10 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Melinda F. Haynes, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Haynes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Steven W. Barlow, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the second degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Barlow was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Susan A. Parks, 46, pleaded guilty to careless driving, failure to wear seat belts, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Parks was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Gregory A. Clark, 22.
