Mark Smith, 26, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Time served is to run consecutively. Smith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jessie Key, 19, pleaded guilty to speeding 14 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Key was ordered to pay a $40 fine and $183 in court costs.


Jeromy L. Sewell, 40, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served. Sewell was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Merritt T. Fields, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of wanton endangerment, and criminal mischief in the second degree. Fields was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently.


Lisa A. Neal, 43, was found guilty of alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Austin D. Jakab, 20, was found guilty of speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $30 fine and $173 in court costs.


James R. Higgs, 35, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Higgs was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


John J. Declue, 45, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 90 days probation after three days served.

Declue was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served on the first charge and 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge. Declue was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Jessica K. Southworth, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Southworth was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Kirby Dewayne Sandlin, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Sandlin was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Sandlin was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Julia Ann Vaughn, 24, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Vaughn was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jeff Sanders, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, second offense; driving on a DUI-suspended license; criminal mischief in the third degree; and terroristic threatening in the third degree. Sanders was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, 90 days probation after 10 days served on the second and final charges, and 90 days probation on the third charge. Sanders was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Tammy Barlow, 45, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after seven days served. Barlow was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Brittany Coleman, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Jonathon Clark, 24, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Clark was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Tracie L. Coates, 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Coates was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Timothy Mercer, 31, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to no license in possession. Mercer was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.
