James Woodhams, 65, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500. Woodhams was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Lisa Decker, 44.


Amy R. Carter, 32, pleaded guilty to Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Billy R. Costello, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Costello was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Emmanuel L. King, 33, pleaded guilty to Alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Lana Brown, 45, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 20 days served. Brown was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Hope R. Shelburne, 28, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Shelburne was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge and 30 days probation on the final charge with probationary time to run concurrently. Shelburne was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Randall L. Smothers, 36, pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Smothers was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Dacota Brooks, 22, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense, which was amended to no insurance, first offense. Brooks was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Stacey L. Day, 51, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Day was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Maria S. Collett, 41, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit and residents not to use license of other states, which was amended to no license in possession. Collett was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.


Dylan Garrett Higdon, 18, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs of a person under the age of 21, which was amended to DUI, first; and reckless driving. Higdon was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $798 in court costs.
