A bench warrant was issued for Justin K. Harris, 22.


Jessica M. Melvin, 31, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Melvin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Scott M. Belcher, 50.


Phillip A. Lindsey, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to produce an insurance card, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after two days served. Lindsey was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Enoch L. Payton, 19.


Jeramie J. Sizemore, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $243 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Jason Daniel Hunt, 33.


Michael C. Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty to unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Johnson was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Phillipp L. England, 37, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree on foot. England was sentenced t5o 90 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jacklyn N. Smith pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Smith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Darrin C. Henning, 47, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and disorderly conduct in the first degree. Henning was sentenced to 60 days probation and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $233 in court costs.


Audra L. Bryant, 22, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Bryant was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Austin D. Tarrence, 20, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Tarrence was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $168 in court costs.


Leslie O. Vincent, 37, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, failure to use child restrain device in a vehicle, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Vincent was ordered to pay $125 in fine sand $268 in court costs.


Donna I. Morrison, 47, pleaded guilty to speeding 12 miles per our over the speed limit, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Morrison was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $24 in fines and $167 in court costs.


Michael Keith Felty, Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspende4d/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay $20 in fines and $163 in court costs.
