A bench warrant was issued for Lewis R. Ireland, Jr., 45.


Erik H. Anderson, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Anderson was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Thomas R. Butler, 58, pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals in the second degree and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Butler was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Juan Manuel Salinas-Casarrubias pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Salinas-Casarrubias was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christina R. Colmore, 30, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probationa fter foru days served. Colmore was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Nicholas Dalton Kipper, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, of a person under the age of 21; and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Kipper was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Phillip W. Perry, 37, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; and no operator’s/moped license. Perry was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, 30 days probation on the second charge, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.


Paul W. Carnes, 44, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and failure to wear seat belts. Carnes was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs.
