Allison E. Martin, 43, pleaded guilty to speeding 17 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; and failure to surrender revoked operator’s license. Martin was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.


James R. Poole, 40, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Eric T. Hack, 38, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Hack was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Charles K. Westbrook, 27, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspend3ed/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to operating on a suspended license, second. Westbrook was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Westbrook was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Justin M. Hall, 28, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Hall was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Lisa A. Neal, 43.


A bench warrant was issued for Enoch L. Payton, 19.


Nickie N. Mischler, 24, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Mischler was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Matthew D. Wilson, 33, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Wilson was ordered to pay $718 in court costs.
