Brad Downs, 40, pleaded guilty to 20 counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Downs was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Bradford Downs, 40, pleaded guilty to nine counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge.


Anthony S. Felty, 36, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Felty was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Melissa Ritchie, 49, pleaded guilty to 16 counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Ritchie was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Scottie Dennis, 56, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree, controlled substance prescription not in original container, and possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. Dennis was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on the second charge, 45 days probation after eight days served on the final charge, and 30 days probation on the first charge. Dennis was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amber Lea Hill, 25, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Hill was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


James Edward Bates, 26, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $500, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served. Bates was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


James Edward Bates pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by unlawful taking, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served on each charge.


David R. Kerr, 48, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after seven days served. Kerr was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Victor L. Martin, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to aggravator offense; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to driving on a DUI-suspended license; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Martin was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served on the first charge, 180 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge, and 30 days probation on the final charge.


Matthew C. Stephens, 39, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to wanton endangerment in the second degree. Stephens was sentenced to 90 days probation and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Dakota Brent Hudson pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, and was ordered to pay a 20 fine.


Brad Downs pleaded guilty to no insurance and was sentenced to 30 days probation.


David R. Key, 44, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. Key was sentenced to 30 days probation on the first charge and 90 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge. Key was also ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Murail D. Fisher, 55, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Anthony Deandre Bush pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500 and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Bush was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Fatimah M. Malik, 27, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit. Malik was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Dakota Brent Hudson, 19, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, careless driving, and no operator’s license. Hudson was sentenced to 30 days probation on one charge, 90 days probation after 10 days served on another charge, and was ordered to pay $70 in fines and $243 in court costs.


Mark Bennington pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.
