Monica A. Burden, 46, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving. Burden was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.


Robert A. Lindsey, 53, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offence, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Lindsey was also ordered to pay $718 in court costs.


Stacey Kittinger, 37, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Kittinger was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Andrew B. Saltsman, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Saltsman was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served and was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Robert A. Carter, 32, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Charles Oscar Hayes, 34, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the third degree and was sentenced to 10 days probation. Hayes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Jessica M. Hendrick, 33.


Samantha F. Haynes, 27, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Haynes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Kim D. Dearing, 44, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no operator’s license; and failure to surrender revoked operator’s license. Dearing was ordered to pay $193 in court costs.


Dustin L. Smith, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Smith was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.


Dacota G. Brooks, 22, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving. Brooks was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $243 in court costs.


Christopher D. Kirk, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal taking/pursuit of a deer/wild turkey, and was ordered to pay $500 in fines and $653 in court costs.


Kayla M. Stevenson, 20, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, no/expired registration plates, and no/expired KY registration receipt. Stevenson was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $60 in fines and $203 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Kimberly M. Morrison, 49.


Jamie Vincent pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and was sentenced to 10 days probation after one day served.


Thomas Coy, 60, pleaded guilty to making false statement to obtain increase of benefits over $100, which was amended to theft under $500, and was sentenced to 90 days probation. Coy was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
