Angela C. King, 43, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. King was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Crystal Lane Carter, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Carter was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for James R. Poole, 40.


Elizabeth A. Woodrum, 43, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, second offense; and careless driving, which was merged with the first charge. Woodrum was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Maryleah A. Gibson, 30, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense; disorderly conduct in the second degree; and assault in the third degree of a police/probation officer, which was amended to assault in the fourth degree. Gibson was sentenced to 365 days probation after 70 days served on each charge with time served to run concurrently.


Roy M. McAllister, 45, pleaded an Alford plea to charges of resisting arrest and menacing, which was merged with the first charge. McAllister was sentenced to 180 days probation after five days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Tammy L. Beville, 44, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500,and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served consecutively on each charge. Beville was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Morton Dwight Cannon, 43, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served. Cannon was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Erik L. Buecker, 36, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit. Buecker was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Justin Vance Bacon, 27, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served.


Jamison Hunter Johnson, 18, pleaded guilty to truancy of a student over 18, but under 21. Johnson was ordered to pay a $100 fine to Grayson County School Board and $183 in court costs.


Halie Ryan Nelson, 19, pleaded guilty to truancy of a person over 18, but under 21. Nelson was ordered to pay a $100 fine to Grayson County School Board and $183 in court costs.


Sarah Clemons, 19, pleaded guilty to truancy of a student over 18, but under 21. Clemons was ordered to pay a $100 fine to Grayson County School Board and $183 in court costs.


David W. Haley, 48, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Haley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Johnny L. Sanders, 19, pleaded guilty to truancy of a person over 18, but under 21. Sanders was ordered to pay a $100 fine to Grayson County School Board and $183 in court costs.


Summer Jo Apato, 29, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Apato was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Timothy R. Thomas, 40, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Samantha N. Ailes, 22, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Ailes was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Crystal L. Bacon, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Bacon was ordered to pay $153 in court costs.


Justin V. Bacon, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, theft by unlawful taking under $500, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bacon was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on the second charge and 45 days probation after two days served on the final charge. Time served is to run consecutively. Bacon was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $208 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Chasity Lucas Runsvold, 24.


Timothy Ray Thomas, 40, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol and was sentenced to 60 days probation.


A bench warrant was issued for Gene L. Wallace, 71.


Thomas A. Keene, 31, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI first aggravator. Keene was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $718 in court costs.


Tonya R. Oller, 37, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to DUI second w/ aggravator. Oller was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


Christopher D. Gordon, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense, which was amended to failure to maintain insurance. Gordon was sentenced to 90 days probation on the first charge and 30 days probation on the second charge. Gordon was also ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
