A bench warrant was issued for Sherry Teske, 47.


Lisa L. Decker, 44, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Decker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Adam Dennison, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after two days served. Dennison was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Merritt T. Fields, 33, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, possession of synthetic cannabinoid, buying/possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Fields was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on two charges, 30 days probation on two charges; and was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $918 in court costs.


Ashley R. Garrett, 31, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Garrett was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Jason Nevitt, 37, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Nevitt was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Katessa Zehnder, 36, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Elizabeth Woodrum, 43, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an incident, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Woodrum was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Bradford S. Downs, 40, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Downs was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Monte J. McGill, 30, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. McGill was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $198 in court costs.


Robert A. Fletcher, 41, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.


Jordan C. Clark, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Clark was ordered to 30 days probation, referred to State Traffic School, and ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Leslie King, 54, pleaded guilty to failure to owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. King was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Gina Masden, 46.


A bench warrant was issued for Jeromy L. Sewell, 40.


A bench warrant was issued for Dustin T. Bond, 20.


A bench warrant was issued for Calvin Tapscott.


Debra Bush, 56, pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree, which was amended to attempted burglary in the second degree; and criminal mischief in the first degree, which was amended to attempted criminal mischief in the second degree. Bush was sentenced to 365 days probation after 20 day served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Bush was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Christina M. Basham, 21, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $1,000, which was amended to under $500. Basham was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Lynda K. Schenk, 36, pleaded guilty to custodial interference, which was amended to attempted custodial interference. Schenk was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Angela Pennington pleaded guilty to DUI, first, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Pennington was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.
