The annual repair affair will be held on Saturday September 6th. The date was changed due to a scheduling conflict with Art in the Park, another Alliance event. The new date was chosen after consulting with many of the team captains to determine what would be a better date for teams to be available for the much needed work in Grayson County.
The new application deadline is May 31st. If you or someone you know is in need of repairs, applications are available at the Food Pantry located at 125 East Market St. Leitchfield. For more information regarding the application process you can call Donna at 270-259-4000.
Each year many volunteers are needed to complete the needed repairs to local Grayson County homes. Teams can come from Churches, Local Businesses, Organizations, or just a group of friends. Remember, repairs are being made so a team captain with experience in some construction is helpful.
