A bench warrant was issued for Blake Meredith, 33.


Mark D. Glenn, 25, pleaded guilty to disregarding a traffic control device and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to failure to maintain insurance. Glenn was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Samantha Brothers, 19.


A bench warrant was issued for Sharon S. Roof, 49.


Kevin D. Lucas, 19, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury; burglary in the first degree, which was amended to criminal trespassing; and criminal mischief in the third degree. A charge of sexual abuse in the first degree was dismissed and merged with another charge. Lucas was sentenced to 365 days probation after five days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently (at the same time).


Joseph Robinson pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was referred to State Traffic School. Robinson was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Dyana M. Ewers, 29, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Ewers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


David W. Beville, 49, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Beville was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


Crystal Gail Cooper, 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Cooper was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.


William M. Fuertes-Sontiago, 24, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Fuertes-Sontiago was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Julia A. Vaughn, 23, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 20 days served. Vaughn was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Andrew Hale, 28, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served. Hale was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Nathaniel J. Clark, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the first degree and resisting arrest. Clark was sentenced to 180 days probation after 10 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Clark was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Byron Thomas Darst, 31, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Darst was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.
