Gilda Kepple, 55, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served.


A bench warrant was issued for Joseph F. Nix, III, 28.


A bench warrant was issued for Destiny Smith, 21.


Tracy Embry, 33, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Embry was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.


Bethany A. Hawkins, 23, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of gasoline under $500; wanton endangerment in the first degree, which was amended to second degree; fleeing or evading police in the first degree, which was mended to second degree; endangering the welcome of a minor. Hawkins was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served on each charge. Hawkins was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Mark T. Findley, 43, pleaded guilty to two counts of receiving stolen property under $10,000, which were both amended to receiving stolen property valued at under $500. Findley was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Findley was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Samantha B. McStoots, 35, pleaded guilty to criminal abuse of a child under the age of 12 in the third degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 90 days served. McStoots was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Amanda E. Blanton, 29, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.


Jeremy Fegett, 31, pleaded guilty to cultivation of marijuana, five or fewer plants, first offense. Fegett was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


Adam Clark, 21, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting under $500. Clark was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Deborah B. Wade, 60.


Phillip Troublefield, 38, pleaded guilty to no rear view mirror and operating a motor vehicle on a suspend3ed/revoked operator’s license, which was amended to no license in possession. Troublefield was ordered to pay $35 in fines and $178 in court costs.


Paul Lindsey, 53, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to a lesser charge. Lindsey was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served, and was ordered to pay $898 in court costs.


James Bell, 58, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to DUI, first aggravator offense. Bell was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


Paul M. Chanley, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding 24 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 16 miles per hour over the speed limit. Chanley was ordered to pay a $32 fine.


David Gene Highbaugh, 38, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; careless driving, which was merged with the first charge; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; and no/expired registration plates, which was merged with the previous charge. Highbaugh was sentenced to 30 days probation and ordered to pay $748 in court costs.


A bench warrant was issued for Breanna Mercer, 18.


Katelynn R. Kerr, 21, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Kerr was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
