The Grayson County Grand Jury handed down indictments for 19 individuals during its June meeting.

Indictments were filed on June 5 for the following suspects, listed in alphabetical order by last name:

Steven C. Barlow, 50, of Falls of Rough, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, First Offense, (Methamphetamine) Enhanced by Possession of a Firearm in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on April 12, 2018.

Brandon Caudill, 32, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) in relation to an incident that allegedly occurred on April 11, 2018.

Megan A. Coslow, 21, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property - Firearm; Possession of Marijuana Enhanced by a Firearm; and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, 1st Offense, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on March 30, 2018.

Billy R. Cottrell, 60, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property Valued at $500.00 or More but Under $10,000; Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree (Two Counts); Resisting Arrest; and Persistent Felony Offender in the 2nd Degree in relation to incidents on April 10, 2018 when he allegedly unlawfully took movable property belonging to Harrell Fleener; defaced, destroyed, or damaged the property of First Baptist Church and Harrell Fleener causing a loss of $1,000 or more to each; and refused to comply with a Leitchfield Police Officer who was trying to arrest him.

Glyndon I. Crane, 21, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Burglary in the 3rd Degree in relation to an incident on April 19, 2018 when he allegedly entered the residence at 317 South Clinton with the intent to commit a crime.

William Downs, 49, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree - 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine) and No Registration Plates in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on April 14, 2018.

Jerry R. Gardner, 44, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree in relation to an incident that occurred on April 6, 2018 when he allegedly wantonly engaged in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Oval Willis.

Aaron A. Glenn, 38, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Methamphetamine (Greater or Equal to 2 Grams); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Cultivation of Marijuana, Less Than Five Plants, 1st Offense; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana; and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on May 2, 2018.

David A. Guest, 21, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Burglary in the 3rd Degree in relation to an incident on April 19, 2018 when he allegedly unlawfully entered the residence at 317 South Clinton with the intent to commit a crime.

Timothy Harris, 37, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Assault in the 1st Degree in relation to an incident on April 15, 2018 when he allegedly caused serious physical injury to Jeffery Ray Beard by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous weapon to wit: ink pen.

Christopher Jarvis, 48, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property Valued Under $10,000 and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on, about, or between Dec. 2, 2017 and April 26, 2017 when he allegedly received, retained, or disposed of a moveable property belonging to Mark Ware, knowing and/or having reason to believe it was stolen.

Brandy N. Kinser, 39, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Promoting Contraband in the 1st Degree; Possession of a Controlled Substace in the 3rd Degree, Gabepentin; Possession of a Controlled Subsance in the 3rd Degree, Diazaepam; and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container, 1st Offense in relation to incidents that occurred on April 30, 2018 when she allegedly possessed dangerous contraband (Gabepentin and Diazaepam not in their original containers) while being contained in the Grayson County Detention Center.

Roger Moore, 32, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for two separate cases. First, Moore was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property Valued Under $10,000 in relation to an incident that occurred on, about, or between Dec. 2, 2017 and April 26, 2018 when he allegedly received, retained, or disposed of a moveable property belonging to Mark Ware, knowing and/or having reason to believe it was stolen. Second, Moore was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Fleeing or Evading Police in the 2nd Degree (on Foot) in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on April 12, 2018.

Timothy P. Polston, 32, of Caneyville, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense - Methamphetamine (Greater Than or Equal to 2 Grams); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Opiates); Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, 1st Offense - Clonazepam (Less Than 20 Drug Units); and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on April 30, 2018.

Eric G. Portman, 48, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree in relation to an incident on April 3, 2018 when he allegedly wantonly engaged in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Brian Dillon.

Robert G. Warf, 30, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Assault in the 3rd Degree - Police Officer (Two Counts); Disarming a Peace Officer; Assault in the 4th Degree - Domestic Violence - Minor Injury; Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd Degree (Two Counts); and Resisting Arrest in relation to incidents on April 1, 2018 when he allegedly kicked Leitchfield Police Officer Joseph Overton and tased Leitchfield Police Officer Keith Harrell; kicked the taser out of the hand of Overton, whom was trying to arrest him; intentionally caused physical injury to Melissa Mcenneny by hitting her; threatened actions likely to cause death or serious physical injury to Overton and Harrell; and refused to comply with a directive of an officer of the Leitchfield Police Department whom was trying to arrest him.

Amy M. Wells, 36, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for two separate cases. First, Wells was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense - Methamphetamine (Greater Than or Equal to Two Grams); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, 1st Offense - Clonazepam (Greater or Equal to 20 Drug Units); Criminal Possession of a Forged Prescription for Legend Drug, 1st Offense; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on April 30, 2018. She was also indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense - Methamphetamine (Greater Than or Equal to Two Grams); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Opiates); Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, 1st Offense - Clonazepam (Less Than 20 Drug Units); and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in relation to incidents that also allegedly occurred on April 30, 2018.

John Whitehead, 19, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Burglary in the 3rd Degree in relation to an incident on April 19, 2018 when he allegedly unlawfully entered the residence at 317 South Clinton with the intent to commit a crime.

Oval Willis 61, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Assault in the 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree in relation to incidents on April 6, 2018 when he allegedly engaged in conduct creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Jerry Gardner and intentionally caused serious physical injury to Gardner by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous weapon to wit: a rifle.
